This session is aimed at providing direct care providers with an understanding of behaviours in  context.  By maintaining an objective stance and evaluating    behaviour as a means of communication, participants will learn how to better serve those in their care.  Further, this workshop will outline several practical approaches that can lead to a reduction of problem behaviour overall with an agency or within an individual’s sphere of influence.  Limited seating.

Location: Operating Engineers Training Institute, 12580 County Road 2,  Morrisburg. ON

Cost: $100 per person per workshop, if 5 or more $80 per person. Continental breakfast and lunch provided.  If this presents a financial hardship please advise.
